Ever find yourself wishing you could squeeze a little more me-time into your day? I’ve got just the thing for you: a 10-day yoga challenge, and guess what? It only takes 10 minutes a day! 🧘‍♀️

 

Here’s the scoop: Starting a new habit can feel daunting, but when you break it down into bite-sized pieces, it becomes so much easier. That’s why we’re going to keep it simple—just 10 minutes each day. Whether you're a total newbie or a seasoned yogi, this challenge is for everyone.

Why 10 Minutes a Day?

Because it's doable! Life is busy, and I get it. But we can all carve out 10 minutes, right? This little slice of time can do wonders for your mind and body. It’s enough to stretch out those tight spots, breathe a little deeper, and set a positive tone for the rest of your day.

 

The Benefits of a Daily Practice

Consistency is key to building any habit, and yoga is no different. By practicing just a few minutes each day, you’ll start to notice changes—maybe you feel a little more flexible, a bit more energized, notice improved posture and awareness of your body, or perhaps find you are a tad calmer. Over time, these small daily sessions can lead to big improvements in how you feel, both physically and mentally.

 

What to Expect

Each day, I’ll guide you through a 10-minute practice. We’ll mix it up with different styles and poses, so you won’t get bored. You’ll get a chance to explore gentle stretches, and improve your ability in some asanas (poses). And remember, it’s all about showing up—no pressure to be perfect.

 

How to Join

It’s super simple. Just click HERE to see the playlist on YouTube, and start with Day One. All you need is a mat and a little space to move. Then come back each day for another practice!
