Have you noticed how fall doesn’t really feel slow anymore? One minute it’s pumpkin spice, sweater weather and savoring that first cozy cup of tea, and the next…boom! Halloween candy fills the aisles, Thanksgiving turkeys are showing up in ads, and somehow it’s already Christmas at Costco. (It’s only October 5th!)
It all starts to move fast again. And before we know it, we’re swept up in the beautiful chaos of the season: schedules, gatherings, to-do lists, and a whole lot of giving to everyone else. We barely get a moment to enjoy the crunch of leaves underfoot before we’re knee-deep in wrapping paper and sugar cookies.
And while all of it is wonderful in its own way, it’s also a lot. Schedules get packed. Lists get longer. We start running on autopilot. Decorating. Cooking. Planning. Giving. The pace speeds up just as nature is asking us to slow down.
So what if, before all that, you gave a little time back to yourself?

🍂 Fall, at its core, is about letting go.The trees do it so gracefully. No struggle, no second-guessing, just a quiet release of what’s no longer needed. What if we took our cue from them?
It’s a perfect invitation to pause, breathe, and make space for something simple and grounding.
What if, before the holiday whirlwind begins, we created a small ritual of slowing down, finding something that grounds us amid the noise and helps us reconnect to what really matters?
Even ten or twenty minutes can shift everything. Time spent connecting with your body instead of your calendar. A short yoga flow. A mindful walk. A moment of silence before the day begins. The body softens, the breath deepens, the mind clears, and suddenly, there’s space again.
That’s exactly the intention behind my 20-minute easy yoga flow: a gentle, calm, feel-good practice that reminds you how good it feels to move without rushing or striving. A practice that helps you move with ease and intention. You’ll stretch, release, and recharge without pushing or overextending. It’s not about doing more; it’s about feeling better.
In this class, we’ll ease into grounded lunges to open the hips, stretch and awaken through gentle downward dogs, release tension with soft twists, and find calm through simple, mindful transitions. It’s perfect for beginners, busy days, or anyone who needs to slow the pace and reconnect.
Because taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s how you keep showing up for everything (and everyone) else with grace.
So before the holidays take over, take a moment for you. Roll out your mat, breathe deeply, and give yourself the gift of slowing down. Let this practice remind you what it feels like to be fully present in your own body…calm, steady, and whole.
✨ Join me for the 20-Minute Easy Yoga Flow. And maybe let it be the start of a new habit: 10–20 minutes each day to come back to yourself, to move, to breathe and to let go of what you no longer need. Feel your very best this season.
